UK Returns

At Bombshell, we want to ensure that you select the right garment for you, whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment in person once it has arrived. We offer a transparent returns policy if the garment is ‘just not for you’. This means you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way, we will refund or exchange it providing it is returned new, unworn and in a resalable condition within our returns period (this also includes sale items). Your shopping experience is very important to us, and we want to ensure returns are an easy and convenient process for you, so we are pleased to offer free UK returns via Royal Mail.

All returns must be registered with us at hello@bombshellhq.com within 14 days of receipt of your order and must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order. (In the case of sale items, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt and your sale items returned within 14 days.) Returned items must be sent back in a new and unused condition, with all the original packaging and with all Bombshell garment tags and labels attached.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to return it to us.

We offer two free UK returns options - return at the Post Office or arrange a home collection.


RETURNING YOUR ORDER VIA THE POST OFFICE

  1. Complete the returns form included with your order, indicating the item/s and reasons you are returning. Place the completed form inside your package.
  2. Once the form is complete, adhere the Royal Mail free returns label included in your parcel to the outside of the package (be sure to remove/hide any previous address information).
  3. Take your parcel to your local Post Office.
  4. Please obtain a free proof of postage receipt*.

*Please ensure you keep any proof of postage safe until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item(s) as the items remain the customers property until they are received by Bombshell. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.

HOW TO ARRANGE A HOME COLLECTION WITH ROYAL MAIL

  1. Complete the returns form included with your order, indicating the item/s and reasons you are returning. Place the completed form inside your package.
  2. Once the form is complete, adhere the Royal Mail free returns label included in your parcel to the outside of the package (be sure to remove/hide any previous address information).
  3. Click here to arrange a free collection.
  4. You will need the 13 alpha/numeric barcode number from your free Royal Mail returns label to book your collection.
  5. Please put the weight as 2KG
  6. Follow the steps on the Royal Mail website and select a convenient date for collection.
  7. Once you have arranged the collection, you will receive a confirmation email from Royal Mail.
  8. Once your parcel has been collected, Royal Mail will send you a confirmation tracking email for you to track your parcel’s journey.

Please note: returns can take up to 14 working days to be refunded for the date our warehouse receive your return. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. This may take long during peak and sale periods.

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receipt following the steps as per the above Bombshell Returns Policy. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted as the discretion of Bombshell or may be returned to you. Or, may only be refunded as an Online Credit.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, you will receive confirmation when we have inspected its condition. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). 

When an order is placed using a promotional/discount code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded. 

Please note we can offer a full refund on faulty items purchased within 6 months or a refund to online credit for orders purchased within 6 - 12 months at the Company's discretion.

We take every precaution to ensure our products reach you in the best possible condition, however, if for some reason you receive a damaged item or you believe it has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact Customer Services immediately.

Please take extra care when trying on your garments. We recommend wearing a protective scarf to avoid transferring cosmetics onto fabric and removing all deodorant, fragrances, and jewellery.

Any item(s) returned as faulty will be inspected by our Garment Technician. Any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. Examples of wear and tear: items that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odours, material that contains fabric pulls, snags or bobbles or garments washed incorrectly.

At present, we do not offer gift receipts for online purchases.

If a gifted item is returned for a refund, the refund will be made to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

All sale returns must be registered with us at hello@bombshellhq.com within 7 days of receipt of your order, and must be returned with 14 days of receipt of your order. Sale items must be returned new, unused and in all the original packaging with all Bombshell garment tags and labels attached.

Please note: Items in the sale are subject to further reductions. We do not reimburse the difference in sale price. In order to benefit from the discount, please return the full price item for a refund and then repurchase the garment at the new sale price.

If you have made a purchase using Klarna, please return your item(s) in the usual way, then let Klarna know which items you have returned by reporting a return in the Klarna app:

  1. Go to Purchases
  2. Select the order, or the items, you wish to return
  3. Tap Report return

Please note, if your Bombshell return is showing in the Klarna app then it's been logged and you don't need to do anything.

We only offer exchanges for a different size of the same item(s) you ordered. For other items or colours, please return your order for a refund and repurchase.

All orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order by contacting Customer Services on +44(0) 208 446 8493 from Monday to Friday, between 10.00am and 5.30pm.

We will be unable to cancel your order if it has already been processed at our warehouse or dispatched. Instead, we request that you return your order to us.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations Policy gives you the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it. Your right to cancel ends on the 14th day from when your order is delivered.

You also have the right to cancel an order at the point of sale. We recommend you call +44(0) 208 446 8493 so we can arrange for your order to be cancelled. Regrettably, if your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel it. Once you have received your order, we recommend following our Bombshell Returns Policy.

If you choose to cancel your order (instead of following the Bombshell Returns Policy), you will need to cover the cost of the return, as our Free Returns service does not apply to the Consumer Contracts Regulation Policy. We will refund the standard postage costs you paid as part of that order (if any). If you paid for next day delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

The cost of return and care of the items are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items inside and request a Proof of Postage Receipt for your records.

The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.

Please note your right to return products does not apply to bespoke or personalised items, or items that have not been reasonably cared for while in your possession.

International Returns

All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order, or within 14 days for sale items. Returned items must be sent back in a new and unused condition, with all the original packaging and with all Bombshell garment tags and labels attached. We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned according to the Bombshell Returns Policy. 

Regrettably, Bombshell do not yet offer free returns for our international customers.

Please note, the original shipping fees and certain duties & taxes are non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Bombshell and Global E offer a straight forward returns policy for international orders.

If your order number starts with GE, please follow the steps below to return your order:

  1. Head to the Global E Returns Portal to generate your returns label. Make sure you have your order number (which starts with GE or 9000) and email address handy to create this. Click here to go to the Global E returns portal.
  2. Once in the returns portal, select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop down menu and click next.
  3. Your returns label and form will be generated.
  4. Include your Global E returns form inside the parcel.
  5. Attach the return address label to the outside of your parcel ensuring you remove/hide any old address or postage labels.
  6. Return your parcel via your selected carrier.
