Delivery

For the UK, we dispatch with either Royal Mail or DPD Next Day Delivery. Orders placed before 1pm on Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day (not guaranteed) and orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Yes, your parcel is fully trackable and you will receive tracking notification once your order leaves our warehouse. You will be given a one hour timeslot for delivery.

Yes, we use our shipping partner Global E. If you place your order via your local country's website then taxes and customs costs will be calculated within the price. We dispatch using the most cost effective shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free UK returns.

All full priced items must be returned within 28 days of receipt and sale items within 14 days, enclosing the completed returns form, with garment security tags and labels attached. We ask that you obtain a free proof of postage receipt.*

Please note: returns can take up to 10 working days to be refunded from the date of posting your return, which includes bank processing times. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. *This may take longer during peak and sale periods.

Yes, we offer free UK returns.

Please use your free returns labels you find in your parcel and drop off at your local post office or DPD access point.

If your order has arrived and something is damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact Bombshell Customer Services who will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Sizing & Care

Our collection comes in UK sizes 8-22.

Our sizing runs in line with many high street brands. Please refer to our size guide.

We use high quality fabrics which can have less stretch so please refer to the ‘size & fit’ tab on the product page for more details.

We recommend you measure your bust, waist and hips to find the correct size. If you’re unsure, please get in touch with our showroom team.

Our clothes are made from high quality fabrics and often require special care. Please ensure you follow the wash care instructions which can be found on the inside seam of the garment or the ‘fabric & care’ section on the relevant product page.

Showroom

We have a huge selection of dresses to try on in the Bombshell showroom, by appointment only. You can find us at Unit 2, 63-67 Athenaeum Place, Muswell Hill, London, N10 3HL.

We charge a £30 fee for a showroom appointment; however this is fully redeemable against your purchase. If you decide not to make a purchase that day, you have up to a year to redeem the £30 fee.

We are open 12pm-4pm Monday, 11pm-5pm Tuesday to Friday, and 10am-5pm on Saturdays, with the last appointment starting an hour before the showroom closes.

Yes, we offer showroom appointments on Saturdays. The first one is 10am and the last one is at 4pm.

We usually stock one of each size in each design but if there is something in particular you want to try, please let us know when booking your appointment so you won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately, discounts are only available online. Sale items generally aren’t available in the showroom unless requested in advance.

Ordering

Of course! Call us on +44 020 8446 8493 between 10am and 5.30pm. If you call outside opening hours, you can leave a voicemail and we’ll call you back the following working day.

If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, contact us as soon as possible. Due to the speedy next day delivery service we offer, there’s a chance your order may have already been processed and dispatched, but we’ll do all we can to help.

If you select the size you like, a box will pop up and you can enter your email address. We will then send you an email when the item comes back into stock. However, if the item is in our outlet and out of stock, it means it’s discontinued. We’re always happy to find out when something will be back in stock, so please contact Customer Services if you need assistance.

If an item is out of stock, please contact us and we can advise.

We do! You will receive a virtual gift card by default, however if you’d rather send a physical card to give as a gift then please contact us - you can purchase a gift card here.

Promotions

There could be a few reasons why your discount code doesn’t work:

  1. It’s expired so it’s no longer valid
  2. Your basket total doesn’t meet the minimum order amount required to receive a discount
  3. It’s only valid on full price items and you have only sale or outlet products in your basket
  4. It’s a one-time code and you have already used it on a previous order
  5. The code is typed incorrectly

Unfortunately, discount codes are only valid online. However, if there is a sale, the reduced prices are the same as in the showroom.
