Goodwood Revival Outfits - Autumn Fashion Designs

As Goodwood event organisers say themselves, there is something delicious about the Naughty 40s and the Fabulous 50s, and dressing for the occasion is part of the fun! All of the different styles are celebrated and cherished, transporting you back in time. Goodwood encourages amazing fashion and has a fairground that is full of nostalgic rides, a vintage market and so many stands of cars to admire, it really is a special experience that takes you right back to the 50’s. Literally, everyone dresses up at Goodwood Revival. You will see costumes spanning the decades. Look in one direction and you might see a group of mods in sharp suits with girls in orange mini skirts. Turn the other way and you might see a gentleman in a tweed three-piece suit complete with braces, trilby, and brogues.

When I sketch my visions for individual designs, they usually stem from my passion for Hollywood Glamour or the 1950’s era, and I always illustrate with Bombshell clients in mind. I designed this to really celebrate the golden era of Hollywood, this elegant wrap suit jacket has a fur trim that really showcases your decolletage by sitting right to the edge of the shoulder. Matching Jacket and Skirt - Our beautiful Bombshell jacket with its lux faux fur collar and cuff can be complemented super easily with this gorgeous dark green pencil skirt. The skirt has been made with the best cut to flatter any shape, with its below-the-knee hem, and the faux sarong design has side drapes to conceal any lumps and bumps. An elegant fitted waistcoat with a nipped-in waist, together with pinstripe Palazzo trousers is a fun, yet timeless outfit to have for an event like Goodwood, although some clients love to wear this outfit to weddings.
